These tools connect to social media platforms through official APIs using authorization tokens granted by the account owner. Clients may revoke our access at any time through their platform settings or by written notice to us.

When acting on behalf of clients, we function as a data processor with respect to personal data contained in client content or audience data; the client is the data controller. We process such data only per the client’s instructions and our service agreement.

Our tools integrate with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and other social networks through their official developer APIs, including the Meta Graph API. Through these integrations we may access:
