1. Who we are

Zarle Infotech (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an IT services company providing software development, digital solutions, and social media management services to businesses. Our website is https://www.zarleinfotech.com/.

As part of our services, we manage digital presence and social media accounts for multiple client businesses. We operate internal tools and third-party integrations — including scheduling and publishing software — to create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others on behalf of our clients.

Our social media management platform is hosted at https://social.zarleinfotech.com. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, our social media management platform, and all apps and tools we operate, and explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you, whether you are a visitor, a client, or a person interacting with content we publish.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and company details when you contact us, request a quote, or become a client.
  • Business information — information about your business, brand assets, and social media accounts that you share with us as part of a service engagement.
  • Account credentials and access tokens — when you authorize us to manage your social media presence, we receive platform-issued access tokens (never your passwords) through official APIs and authorization flows.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent, browser type, device information, and IP address when you use our website.
  • Platform data — engagement metrics, insights, and analytics made available to us by social media platforms in connection with accounts and pages we manage.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our IT and social media management services.
  • To create, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts we are authorized to manage.
  • To analyze content performance and report results to our clients.
  • To communicate with you about services, support, and updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Content published on behalf of clients

Zarle Infotech provides social media management as a professional service. Our clients engage us under service agreements that authorize us to create, manage, schedule, and publish content on their behalf, including on their social media profiles, pages, and business accounts.

Authorization to publish: Where we publish content to a client’s social media account, we do so with the client’s express authorization and on their instructions, acting as their service provider. The client remains the owner of their accounts, content, and audience relationships at all times.

We perform this work through our social media management platform at social.zarleinfotech.com and other secure content management and scheduling tools. These tools connect to social media platforms through official APIs using authorization tokens granted by the account owner. Clients may revoke our access at any time through their platform settings or by written notice to us.

When acting on behalf of clients, we function as a data processor with respect to personal data contained in client content or audience data; the client is the data controller. We process such data only per the client’s instructions and our service agreement.

5. Meta platforms & social media integrations

Our tools integrate with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and other social networks through their official developer APIs, including the Meta Graph API. Through these integrations we may access:

  • Basic profile and page information of accounts we are authorized to manage.
  • Permissions to create and publish posts, photos, videos, and reels on those accounts.
  • Insights and engagement data for content we publish.

Our use of information received from Meta APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We request only the permissions necessary to deliver our services, and access tokens are stored securely and used solely for authorized publishing and analytics activities.

We do not use data obtained from Meta platforms for advertising targeting unrelated to our clients, and we do not transfer such data to data brokers or unauthorized third parties.

6. How we share information

  • With clients — reports, analytics, and information relating to their own accounts and campaigns.
  • With service providers — hosting providers, scheduling and publishing tools, and analytics services that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
  • With platforms — content and metadata are transmitted to social media platforms when we publish on behalf of clients.
  • For legal reasons — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy: for the duration of a client engagement, as needed to comply with legal obligations, or until you request deletion. Access tokens are retained only while an integration remains active and are invalidated when access is revoked.

8. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure storage of API credentials and tokens, and access controls limiting data to personnel who need it to perform their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact us section. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10. Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of your data at any time:

  • Email us at chauhankanishk990@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, including the name/email associated with your data.
  • Platform users: if you connected a social media account through one of our apps or tools, you can also remove the app from your platform settings (for Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites), which revokes our access.

Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete the relevant personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records.

11. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

12. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. International transfers

We are based in India and serve clients in multiple regions. Information may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers consistent with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR for individuals in the European Union.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
